These terms cover this website. They do not cover the Easy Shop application itself, which a shop reaches through a signed agreement.

What this site is, and is not
This site describes the Easy Shop product and lets you ask for a demonstration. It is marketing material.
It is not an offer, a contract, a quotation or a warranty. Nothing here creates an obligation on either of us. Access to the application is governed by a separate written agreement between Storm Rider Solutions LLC and the shop, and where anything on this site differs from that agreement, the agreement governs.
Descriptions of modules and features describe the product as it stands on the date above. Software changes; a feature described here may be altered or withdrawn. Anything shown under Coming next is explicitly not yet available and is not promised by a date.
Accuracy
We write this site carefully and keep it current, but we do not warrant that it is complete, accurate or free of error, and we are not obliged to update it. Screenshots are of real screens and may show sample or altered data; they are illustrative, not a specification.
The demo form
The form on the home page sends what you type to us by email. It is not stored on this site — there is no database behind it and no record kept here. What you send is handled as described in the privacy policy.
Do not send confidential information, customer records or anything about an identifiable person through it. It is ordinary email and is not a secure channel.
Intellectual property
The text, layout, screenshots, design and code of this site belong to Storm Rider Solutions LLC. Easy Shop and Storm Rider Solutions are our marks. You may read, print and link to these pages. You may not copy them into your own product or marketing, or present our screens as your own.
Other companies named on this site — estimating systems, carriers, mailbox and messaging providers, and any software we compare ourselves to — own their own names and marks. Naming them describes what Easy Shop works with; it does not claim they endorse us or that we are affiliated with them.
Limitation of liability
This site is provided as it is. To the fullest extent the law allows, Storm Rider Solutions LLC disclaims all warranties about it, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, and is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of it — including lost profit, lost business or lost data.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing here limits the rights you have under your own state's consumer or privacy law.

Where we link to another site we do so because we think it is useful. We do not control it and are not responsible for its content or its privacy practices.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute about this site belongs in the state or federal courts sitting in Collin County, Texas, and we each agree to that venue.
Changes
We may change these terms. The effective date above moves when we do, and the version on this page at the time you visit is the one that applies.
