Why it exists

Seventeen years in the industry, and so many tools exist out there to manage production, clients, scheduling, etc. But very few are built for the shops. And more than that, the ones that are generally don't have every feature I would want for my shop.

As a result of that, and my experience in all of the organizations I have been a part of, I set out to build something that makes it easier to run your shop.

I have worked with the major collision repairers, run operations for multi-million-dollar companies, and I consult with repair shops on how they run. In 2022 I opened my own repair company, which is still going today.

    You only get what you need

    Twelve modules. Seven come with every shop and you turn the others on when the work calls for them. Nothing is bundled in to fill out a price tier.

    The answers are on the screen

    What is in the shop, what we ran this month, what we need to collect. Those are screens you open, not exports you build or a spreadsheet somebody keeps on the side.

    You set the permissions

    You define the roles your shop has and tick what each one can see and change. There are no fixed job titles to fit your people into.

    Techs get their own logins

    Each technician signs in as themselves and sees their own cars and their own hours.

    I use it myself

    I run a repair shop on this software. Anything in it that does not work is my problem before it is yours.

We are at a stage where we can change, add and remove features based on client input. No full custom build-outs, but if there is something your company needs, we can look at adding it.

Most of what shipped this year came out of a shop asking for it.
